Nach einer intensiven Ausbildung bei der &#8220;Akademie f\u00fcr Sport und Gesundheit&#8221; wurde ein neuer Weg f\u00fcr mich in eine ganz andere Sportrichtung eingschlagen &#8211; dem Yoga.
